RETURN & STORE CREDIT POLICY

 

At Opal Hour, every piece is made with care and considered intent. We want you to feel confident in your order, so we offer store credit on eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

 

Eligibility

 

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags attached. Items returned outside of this window, or not in their original condition, are not eligible.

 

Final Sale

 

For hygiene reasons, sports bras, briefs, and any item marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Store Credit Only

 

Approved returns are issued as store credit. We do not offer cash refunds. Store credit is delivered as a digital code by email and does not expire.

 

Return Shipping

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Opal Hour is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

 

How to Start a Return

 

Email us at monikaciocca@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will reply with return instructions and a return address.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at monikaciocca@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will make it right at no cost to you.

 

Processing

 

Once your return is received and inspected, your store credit will be issued within 5 business days.
