SHIPPING POLICY

 

All Opal Hour orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday. You will receive a tracking notification by email once your order ships.

 

Domestic Shipping (United States)

 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We offer Standard and Express options through trusted carriers.

 

International Shipping

 

We ship worldwide via DHL Express and USPS, with rates calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Transit times typically range from 5–14 business days depending on location and customs processing.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

 

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping costs.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

 

Once your package is handed to the carrier, delivery is in their care. If your tracking has not updated within 7 business days of shipping, please email monikaciocca@gmail.com and we will help locate your order.

 

Address Accuracy

 

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Opal Hour is not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly. Reshipment fees may apply.
